Our Story

While mental health is finally becoming a part of the national conversation, most of the resources and top-tier experts are still tucked away in big metro cities. For those of us in Uttarakhand, quality care has often felt like a luxury, something meant for people in Delhi or Mumbai, not for someone living in the hills of Kumaon or Garhwal.

Our goal at Samvednaa is to change that. We believe you shouldn't have to choose between staying in your hometown and getting the professional support you deserve. We're bridging this gap by bringing clinical expertise directly to our home state, offering counseling that isn't just professional, but personal. By providing therapy in your regional language, we make sure nothing gets lost in translation. You can speak your heart out in the language you're most comfortable with, and to people who get the culture, the lifestyle, and the soul of Uttarakhand.
